Komentar tentang buku One Earth, One Sky, One Humankind

Happy New Year,

I wanted to thank you for your beautiful book, One Earth, One Sky, One Humankind. I just finished reading it this morning. I appreciated your translation of each prayer/blessing of the religions of the world. I felt led by Love through the book and was inspired by each and every chapter's message being the same regardless of the religion or belief. I appreciated the many wonderful quotes you shared throughout the book that resonated deeply in me. Thank you also for sharing Guru and her wonderful respect for Unity. I felt a connection with her and such respect and admiration for her way of teaching.

I do want to comment that when I reached page 126, the feelings of Love shifted and suddenly I was faced with reality, contrary to my choosing the Pollyanna way of seeing things, people are still suffering everyday in all parts of the world and we are all responsible. I was struck by a particular quote in your book mentioned in Prof Greg Bartons' book, "I make many knives, I sell many knives, but I am not responsible for how they are used." We must always be thinking of the bigger picture and how it affects our brothers and sisters globally as well as locally.

I am very grateful I had the opportunity to attend the conference in Melbourne, to participate in your workshop and to read your book. I am grateful for a deeper awareness and understanding of the world and my responsibility as a human being here on this earth.

Thank you Anand, blessings to you!!
